Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

For after hour Emergencies please call 573-893-2848 and press one (1) to leave a message and someone will contact you as soon as possible. 

If you have been disconnected for non-payment and paid your bill online after hours you will need to call the office at 573-893-2848 and press (1) to leave a message for service to be restored after 4:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. Information required is the name on the account, address, phone number, and amount paid and someone will return your call. A $35.00 after hours fee will have to be paid in addition to your bill amount IN FULL before service will be restored after hours.
